Tim has experience across various fields of law including commercial, intellectual property, contract and insurance litigation. Tim was a paralegal for a number of years and was involved in drafting and reviewing court documents before graduating from Australian Catholic University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws. After obtaining his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Leo Cussen, Tim was admitted to the Supreme Court in November 2021.

Tim’s experience in dispute resolution and litigation allows him to provide practical legal advice across a number of areas and is committed to obtaining exceptional results. 

Joining the Oldham Construction Lawyers team in 2023, he is involved in a range of matters handled by the firm and is dedicated to providing a reliable and confident service to all clients.
